Welcome to Maple Win Hub. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before using the MapleWinHub.com website (the "Service") operated by Maple Win Hub ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
General Eligibility
The Service is strictly restricted to individuals who meet ALL of the following criteria at the time of account registration and ticket purchase:
- You must be at least 19 years of age. We strictly enforce this age limit in compliance with Canadian gaming regulations.
- You must be a resident of Canada and physically located within a jurisdiction where online lottery participation is legal.
- You must not be an employee, officer, or director of Maple Win Hub, or an immediate family member of such persons.
- You are not self-excluded from any gambling activities or registered on any problem gambling database.
We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage. Failure to provide such proof may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
Account Registration and Security
2.1 Account Creation
To participate in games, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You may only hold one (1) account. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any associated winnings may be voided.
2.2 Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Purchasing Tickets & Game Rules
3.1 Sales Finality
All ticket sales are final. Once a transaction has been confirmed by our system, a ticket cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. It is your responsibility to ensure the numbers selected and the draw dates are correct before confirming your purchase.
3.2 Cut-Off Times
Tickets must be purchased before the designated cut-off time for the specific draw (typically 7:00 PM EST on draw days). Any purchase attempted after the cut-off time will automatically be entered into the next available draw.
3.3 The Draw
Draws are conducted using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or mechanical draw machines audited by independent third-party testing agencies. The results published on our website are official only after verification.
Winnings and Prize Claims
4.1 Prize Allocation
Prizes are awarded based on the official results. In the event of a discrepancy between the numbers displayed on your screen and the official records in our central computer system, the official records shall prevail.
4.2 Claiming Prizes
- Minor Prizes (Under $1,000): Credited automatically to your Maple Win Hub account wallet.
- Major Prizes ($1,000 to $9,999): May require additional verification before crediting.
- Jackpots ($10,000+): Winners must contact our Prize Centre. Large prizes are subject to a validation period (up to 5 business days). Winners may be required to present valid government-issued photo ID and the physical ticket (if applicable) or account verification.
4.3 Deadlines
All prizes must be claimed within twelve (12) months from the date of the draw. Unclaimed prize money will be redistributed or donated in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions are conducted in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- Deposits: Funds deposited into your account must be used for the purchase of lottery entries. We are not a banking institution; funds do not accrue interest.
- Withdrawals: You may withdraw your winnings at any time. Withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks. We generally process withdrawals back to the original method of payment.
Responsible Gaming
Maple Win Hub is committed to responsible gambling. We provide tools to help you manage your play, including:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits.
- Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily block access to your account for a set period (6 months, 1 year, or permanent).
- Reality Checks: Notifications regarding the time spent on the site.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Maple Win Hub, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this Service.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Maple Win Hub and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Canada.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
